From start to finish, our highly skilled and reliable crews coordinate with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), Provide engineering services to create plugging procedures, schedule and operate equipment, and manage all necessary requirements for plugging and abandonment operations. Planning

Bonfire will assist in all necessary planning if needed. From engineering the plug sizes and depths to filing the paperwork with the RRC. Our team can handle your needs efficiently.

 

Site Preparation

Bonfire will evaluate the location and assume any site prep as part of the bid process. Prior to Rig move in, Bonfire will clear location and ensure enough space is available for plugging operations. .

 

Plugging the Well

The Bonfire Team will move all equipment necessary to plug the well on location. We will position the Rig and get the rig in the air and begin the plugging process. We will pull tubulars, set Cast Iron Bridge Plugs, Set cement plugs, cut the well below plow depth, cap the well and cover the well. We will dig up all deadmen and backdrag the location.

Site Restoration 

We have the equipment and manpower to complete any restoration requirements based on RRC specifications or the clients needs. Any additional work to be done will need to be discussed prior to move in
 

Bonfire P&A has rigs based in Ozona Texas and San Angelo Texas. We focus on these areas primarily so that we will understand formations and challenges that may come up due the type, depth and field of the well. It is our goal to do one thing and do it right which is why we focus on working specifically in the same areas.
